Upon This Rock Immigration Services is a Sole Proprietorship established on January 8, 2021, by Patricia Cowan. Patricia is a licensed immigration consultant and the founder of the company. After completing her studies and passing the entry to practice exam, she decided to pursue immigration as a business owner and registered the company with the Ontario government.
Upon This Rock Immigration Services provides immigration services to individuals and families within and outside Canada. Our goal is to help our clients with their immigration and citizenship needs, including restoration of status, visitor visas, study and work permits, family sponsorships, permanent residence, and citizenship applications. We provide individualized services tailored to each client's needs, and our clients are fully informed about the steps that will be taken in the application process.
Patricia Cowan
Patricia Cowan is an accomplished RCIC and business owner with a passion for helping people navigate the complex Canadian immigration system. With over 30 years of experience interpreting and applying legislation, Patricia has a deep understanding of the legal landscape and the ability to provide personalized solutions to each client's unique needs.
Her success stories are many, including successfully stopping two deportation cases and obtaining a stay of removal for her clients. She has also helped many clients obtain citizenship and extensions to remain in Canada for longer periods.
Patricia's journey to becoming an immigration consultant was a result of divine intervention. Her desire to help a friend facing deportation led her to discover her true calling. With the encouragement of a lawyer, she completed the immigration program and became a licensed practitioner, and she hasn't looked back since.
As the founder of Upon this Rock Immigration Services, Patricia is committed to providing ethical, fair, open, transparent, and honest immigration services. With just over two years of experience as a licensed practitioner, Patricia has already helped many individuals and families with their immigration and citizenship needs, and she looks forward to continuing to do so for many years to come.
When not helping her clients, Patricia enjoys ministering to the needs of people, particularly during times of crisis. Her efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic earned her the title of front-line worker. She also loves to travel and has a particular interest in visiting historical sites, such as Israel and Greece.
